Classic Peppermint Bark Recipe

Dec 16, 2020 Holiday

'Tis the season for peppermint bark. While the origins of the Christmastime confection have been lost over time, peppermint bark was being sold clear back in the 1960's (in a Florida shop in September!), but it wasn't until 1998 when Williams-Sonoma put the treat on the shelves. While they only sell the product for the last twelve weeks of the year, they've sold more than five million 1-pound packages in the last decade. This delicious treat is most popular during the holidays, but what if you want it another time of year? Your best bet is making it yourself, and luckily peppermint bark is easy to make! Give it a try this holiday season to share with your loved ones!
