GLOBAL 3-Stage Sharpener
GLOBAL knives are made with a stainless steel that is exclusive to GLOBAL, called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium). This steel is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56 - C58 degrees which holds the razor-sharp edge of the blade longer than any other steel. GLOBAL knives are known for the exceptionally sharp, long lasting straight edges. The GLOBAL 3-Stage Sharpener is made for GLOBAL knives and their high quality steel blades. It will be a long time before any sharpening is necessary, but when the time comes you'll want to use this user-friendly sharpener. This hand-held sharpener features a water reservoir and innovative ceramic wheels that ensure blades are sharpened at the correct angle. The three sharpening wheels are color-coded to signify rough, medium, and super-fine. Sharpen your knives with ease.
